Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted to order to ensure the highest quality artisan soap and beard products. Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment

  • Next business day for shipping after processing is complete

Total time from order to shipment: 4-6 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground): 3-7 business days after shipment

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 1-3 business days after shipment

  • Express Shipping (USPS Express): 1-2 business days after shipment

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Current carrier rates

 

International Shipping:

  • Available to select countries

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days

  • Transit time: 7-21 business days depending on destination

  • Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees

 

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Accurate Address: Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information

  • Address Changes: Must be requested within 2 hours of order placement

  • Delivery Failures: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees

 

We ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (additional transit time may apply)

  • Select international destinations

 

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods

  • APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)

 

Free Shipping

Qualify for FREE standard shipping on:

  • Orders over $75 within the contiguous United States

  • Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery only

  • Expedited shipping upgrades available for additional cost

 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

  • Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website

  • Delivery confirmation is included with all shipments

 

Delivery and Responsibility

Upon Shipment:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier

  • Masculine Mane is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and retrieving packages promptly

 

Delivery Issues:

  • Missing Packages: Contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us

  • Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

  • Weather Delays: Carrier delays due to weather are beyond our control

 

Special Shipping Considerations

 

Product Care:

  • Our handmade soaps and beard products are packaged to withstand normal shipping conditions

  • Extreme temperatures may affect product appearance but not quality

  • Products may soften in heat but will return to normal consistency

 

Fragile Items:

  • Glass containers and delicate items are specially packaged

  • Additional handling fees may apply for extra-fragile items

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

We cannot ship to locations where our products are prohibited by law

 

Temperature-Sensitive Products:

  • During extreme weather, we may delay shipping to protect product quality

  • Customers will be notified of any weather-related delays

 

International Shipping Details

 

Customer Responsibilities:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Compliance with local import regulations

Restricted Items:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customer

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Non-payment of customs fees (international orders)

During busy periods (November-December), please allow additional processing time:
